That question shapes how we designed our hospital, how we train our Care Team, how we practice medicine, and how we price it.

You will know what something costs before we recommend it. No vague estimates, no hidden fees, no surprise invoices. If circumstances change medically, we discuss it with you before moving forward.
Preventive
Cats are extraordinary at hiding illness. Long before they show visible symptoms, many diseases can already be identified through routine testing. Preventive diagnostics should be one of the easiest decisions a Cat Parent can make.
Predictable
Wherever medically appropriate, we use fixed-price models for common procedures. Our goal is to eliminate unnecessary surprises and make planning easier for your family.

Every price represents a deliberate clinical decision. Those choices reflect where we believe accessible feline medicine creates the greatest long-term value for Cats and the people that love them.
Why We Price Diagnostics Differently

If there is one place where our philosophy becomes most visible, it is laboratory diagnostics.

Cats rarely announce when they are becoming sick. Instead, they compensate. They adapt. They continue behaving as normal as possible until disease has progressed much farther than we would like.

Because we believe proactive diagnostics are among the most valuable tools in feline medicine, we have intentionally reimagined how they are priced. Our standard wellness laboratory panels are typically priced 30 to 50 percent below regional averages.

An unhurried, comprehensive head-to-tail wellness assessment with your Cat’s veterinarian. This dedicated 30-to-45-minute visit includes a full history review, vital signs tracking, nutritional and comfort evaluations, a dental health assessment, and a collaborative Care Plan discussion.

Every new Cat receives 50% off their first exam so you can experience for yourself what veterinary care feels like when it is built entirely through the Cat’s lens.

Office Visit – Exam$85

A focused follow-up visit to assess a known condition, review lab results, or check in on a treatment plan already in progress.

Tech Visit$32

A visit with one of our Credentialed Veterinary Technicians for services like suture removal, bandage changes, blood pressure rechecks, nail trims, or medication administration. No veterinarian exam included.

PureVax Vaccines
FVRCP PureVax$41 – $71

Protection against Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia. Price reflects your Cat’s age and vaccination history: $41 for the annual or booster formulation, $71 for the 3-year formulation. CatsOnly uses PureVax adjuvant-free vaccines exclusively, the formulation recommended by the FelineVMA.

Feline Leukemia (FeLV) PureVax$51 – $71

Vital protection that safeguards your Cat’s long-term immune and cellular health. Recommended for all kittens and for adult Cats with unsupervised outdoor access. Price reflects age and history: $51 for the annual or booster formulation, $71 for the 2-year formulation. PureVax adjuvant-free.

Rabies PureVax$41 – $108

Required by Colorado law for all Cats. PureVax Feline Rabies is the only USDA-licensed non-adjuvanted feline rabies vaccine available. Price reflects age and history: $41 for the 1-year formulation, $108 for the 3-year formulation.

Wellness Diagnostics
Juvenile Wellness Panel$117

An annual panel for young Cats establishing care. Includes CBC, Chemistry Panel, and Urinalysis. Designed to establish individual baselines early so we can identify and track meaningful changes over time.

Members save 10% on all diagnostic testing, bringing this panel to $105.30.
Adult Comprehensive Panel$148

A complete blood and urine panel that gives your veterinarian a full picture of your Cat’s internal health. Includes CBC, Chemistry Panel, Urinalysis, and Total T4 (thyroid screening). Recommended annually for adult Cats. This is how we find things before they become problems.

Members save 10% on all diagnostic testing, bringing this panel to $133.20.
Senior Comprehensive Panel$214

Everything in the Adult Comprehensive Panel, plus ProBNP, a cardiac biomarker that screens for early heart disease, particularly hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), the most common heart condition in Cats. Recommended for every Cat 7 years and older.

Members save 10% on all diagnostic testing, bringing this panel to $192.60.
Comprehensive Dental Care – COHAT
Fixed-price dental care. Every COHAT tier at CatsOnly is a simple, fixed price. You will know what you are paying before your Cat goes under anesthesia, with no surprises at pickup. Our Care Team will provide an estimated range of the expected tiers after a pre-anesthetic oral exam and will explain exactly what that includes.
COHAT – Routine$699

Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment under general anesthesia. Includes full-mouth dental radiographs, scaling and polishing above and below the gumline, periodontal probing, and a complete oral exam. No extractions, sealants, or oral surgery included.

Denver area average for a comparable COHAT: $875

Members receive a $100 credit toward any dental procedure.
Level 1 COHAT$1,000

All COHAT components plus sealants or a few simple extractions where needed. For Cats with mild to moderate periodontal disease or isolated tooth involvement.

Members receive a $100 credit toward any dental procedure.
Level 2 COHAT$1,300

All COHAT components plus a moderate number of extractions, sealants, or more involved oral surgery. For Cats with moderate periodontal disease or multiple affected teeth.

Members receive a $100 credit toward any dental procedure.
Level 3 COHAT$1,600

For Cats with more extensive periodontal disease or a greater number of teeth requiring surgical extraction. Includes all standard COHAT components plus the additional surgical time and materials required.

Level 4 COHAT$2,000

For Cats with extensive, widespread periodontal disease requiring surgical extractions across multiple quadrants. This treatment provides the dedicated surgical time, advanced materials, and post-operative care required to safely restore your Cat’s oral comfort and well-being.

Level 5 COHAT$2,500

For Cats navigating severe periodontal discomfort. This treatment provides the dedicated surgical time, advanced materials, and meticulous post-operative care required to safely restore your Cat’s oral comfort and overall well-being.

Full Mouth Extractions$3,200

Sometimes the most humane and medically appropriate treatment for Cats with severe stomatitis, resorptive lesions, or advanced painful oral disease that cannot be managed any other way is to remove all of their teeth. Cats do remarkably well without teeth and typically experience a dramatic improvement in comfort and quality of life after recovery.

Fixed price. You will know this number before your Cat’s procedure begins.

Surgery
Neuter (Castration)$210

Surgical removal of the testicles under general anesthesia with feline-appropriate protocols and multimodal pain management. Includes pre-surgical assessment, anesthesia monitoring, and post-operative pain medication.

Members receive a $100 credit toward any surgical procedure.
Spay (Ovariohysterectomy)$385

Surgical removal of the ovaries and uterus under general anesthesia. Eliminates the risk of unexpected litters, uterine infection (pyometra), and significantly reduces the risk of mammary cancer when performed early.
