Everything Cat Parents ask us most, about our cats-only hospital, our services, membership, visits, and what makes CatsOnly different. Still curious? Just reach out.
CatsOnly is a feline-only veterinary hospital built entirely around how Cats experience the world, their senses, behavior, biology, and need for safety and control. We are not a general practice that happens to see Cats. Every room, protocol, and decision is designed for Cats, and for the people who love them.
No dogs, ever, so there are no canine sounds, scents, or shared spaces. You stay with your Cat for the entire visit. Exam rooms are designed for feline sensory and behavioral needs. And our care is grounded in feline behavioral science from the first phone call to follow-up at home. We call this whole experience the Care Journey.
Yes. No dogs, ever, from the front door to the exam room. The absence of predator cues alone changes how a Cat arrives at the visit, and it is one of the most meaningful things we can do to lower feline stress.
Yes. You are with your Cat for the entire visit, every conversation, every exam, every moment. Cats are calmer with their person present, and you hear everything firsthand.
Our flagship clinic is at Stanley Marketplace, 2501 N Dallas St, Suite 124, Aurora, CO 80010, inside Denver's beloved adaptive-reuse food, community, and retail hub. A second location in the Denver Tech Center area is already planned.
Our Stanley Marketplace clinic opens in 2026. Join our community for opening updates and priority notification when appointment scheduling begins.
Clinical hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Cat Parent Hours for tours run Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Cat Parent Hours are weekend tour hours, Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, when you can tour the clinic, meet the team, and see the space with no appointment and no Cat required. Please note these hours are for tours only. No medical personnel are on site on weekends, and no patients can be seen during these hours.
We are a full-service feline hospital caring for Cats at every life stage: wellness and preventive care, diagnostics and imaging, dentistry, surgery and anesthesia, internal medicine, behavior consultations, after-hours support, and end-of-life care.
No. CatsOnly does not perform elective declawing (onychectomy). We follow the FelineVMA position that scratching is normal feline behavior and that declawing impairs feline welfare. Our team is trained in humane alternatives, including appropriate scratching surfaces, environmental enrichment, regular nail trims, nail caps, and behavior consultation.
No. Anesthesia-free dental procedures are not offered at CatsOnly and should not be performed elsewhere. They are not a safe or effective alternative to proper dental care under anesthesia. Every dental at CatsOnly includes full-mouth digital dental radiographs.
Yes. Behavior is information, not attitude, and it is a core part of whole-patient care, not an add-on. Many behavioral changes have underlying medical causes, so every behavior consultation begins with a thorough exam. We work with Certified Cat Behavior Consultants and veterinary behaviorists.
Membership is one simple annual fee that includes unlimited office visits, 50% off all vaccinations, a $100 credit toward dental, spay, or neuter care, and 10% off diagnostics. Single Cat Membership is $249 per year, and you can add each additional Cat in your home for $100.
No. This is a membership, not a monthly subscription, a wellness plan, or insurance. It is designed so financial hesitation never stands between your Cat and the care they need.
After hours, callers to the CatsOnly phone line are connected to our trusted after-hours triage partner, a team of experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians. They listen to your concern and guide you clearly: go to an emergency hospital now, monitor safely at home, or book first thing when we open. This is a real, trained professional, not a voicemail or a recording.
If your Cat is in distress, go to an emergency veterinary hospital right away. If you suspect your Cat has ingested something toxic, call ASPCA Animal Poison Control at (888) 426-4435, available 24/7. You can also review our emergency guidance pages for urinary, GI, and general concerns.
The CatsOnly App is where the Care Journey continues between visits: health records, direct messaging with your Care Team, appointment scheduling, a Cat Diary for logging observations, smart reminders, and prescription refills, all in one secure place.
We would love to help. Reach out any time and a member of our team will get back to you.
